Welcome to LinguaLeap. By accessing or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
To use certain features of LinguaLeap (such as Leaderboards, Quests, and Challenges), you must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
LinguaLeap includes social features such as public usernames, profile photos, and multiplayer challenges. You agree to interact respectfully. You strictly agree NOT to:
Upload profile photos or choose usernames that are sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.
Harass, bully, or intimidate other users.
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
If you are found violating these rules, we reserve the right to immediately remove your content, suspend, or permanently terminate your account without prior notice.
LinguaLeap allows users to earn or purchase virtual currency ("Gems") and cosmetic items.
Gems and virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
All purchases of Gems are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate virtual currency and items at our sole discretion.
You may terminate your account at any time through the "Settings" menu inside the App. Please note that terminating your account will result in the immediate and irreversible forfeiture of all accumulated Gems and purchased virtual items. For detailed information regarding how your personal data is erased upon account deletion, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
All content, features, and functionality within LinguaLeap (including design, text, graphics, and underlying code) are the exclusive property of LinguaLeap and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
LinguaLeap is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinguaLeap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the App or by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
